It is now time for the REAL Artists to stand up. The Blaxxx Entertainment Group is now hosting
its first annual Blaxxx Artist of the Year Contest. Yes…we know the year is almost over but that’s
what makes it more interesting because it doesn’t take a WHOLE year to find a HOT Artist. This
contest will end 11.15.08. Check out the prizes that you can win…

We will narrow the competition down to the Top 20 and then the Top 3. The Top 20 contestants
will be listed on our website. This will give you a chance, as the artist, to have people vote for you.
The Top 3 artists that have the most votes will then be ranked accordingly. Artists of any genre
are welcomed to enter. The entry fee is $25.00 per song. Hold up…did I type that correctly??
Yes, I did!!! All prizes range from $100.00 to $1,000.00. So how can you beat that??? And just
for submitting your song, you will be placed on our promotions paged for a month. Either way you
are getting your music heard and your face seen.

Contest Rules
1. This contest is open to independent artists of all ages and genres that is not signed to a major record
label.
representation for any artists that is not signed under management with the Company.
3. All music must be submitted by October 15, 2008
5. All songs must be no longer than 5 minutes.
6. If any of the music contains samples, the Company can not be held liable for any legal matters
regarding the clearing of any samples.
7. Before any songs can be released for judging, all Artists must complete the necessary paperwork and a
$25.00 entry submission must be paid.
8. The Top 20 Contestants will be announced on October 31, 2008.
* The Blaxxx Entertainment Group is located in Altanta, GA. If you become the prize winner, and you are not
located in the State of Georgia, you will be responsible for all traveling and lodging costs. The Blaxxx
Entertainment Group is not financially responsible for anything beyond what will be stated in the "Received
Prize Statement." The Blaxxx Entertainment Group does have the right to regulate any and all activities that go
against any codes/rules within the State of Georgia and any codes/rules that have been established for the
company – especially for events held at its facility.*

you event space at its facility for free (Up to 4 hours). All you have to do is plan the event
and watch it come to past.

- a. If an Artist is under the age of 18, he/she must have a parent/guardian/manager complete the
contest submission on his/her behalf.

Year" in the subject line.

b. Three artists with the most votes will be chosen to be the Top 3 Contestants
- a. The Top 3 Contestants will be ranked by an internal committee within the Company.
- a. Each winner will be notified by phone and via e-mail
b. Each winner will have until November 20, 2008 to claim their prize before another artist is
picked to receive the prize.
c. All winners will have to sign a Received Prize Statement once the winners have been announced.
