We would like to invite you to participate in the Blaxxx Mega – to take place on 18 September
2008 during the hours of 5:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. at the Blaxxx Entertainment Group, located at
1245 Fowler Street, Atlanta, GA 30318. We are hosting this event to give people of all ages, races,
genders, and sizes the chance to showcase their talents – whether if you are a model, actor, or
someone interested in perusing one these fields.
The Blaxxx Mega will consist of a Blaxxx Mega Photo Shoot for all types of models. This will allow
models, experienced and not experienced, to update their portfolios as well as become affiliated
with a company that can help advance their careers. Although the Blaxxx Entertainment Group
will not be considered as legal representation on the day of the Blaxxx Mega, all models have the
opportunity to either be represented by the company afterwards or have the opportunity to
become a Blaxxx Member and still reap benefits that will help advance their careers. Below is a
little more information as to how the Blaxxx Mega Photo Shoot would work:
The Blaxxx Mega will also consist of a Blaxxx Mega Casting Call for all types of actors. This will
allow actors, experienced and not experienced, to be considered for upcoming projects and
commercials to be produced by the Blaxxx Entertainment Group and its affiliates. Although the
Blaxxx Entertainment Group will not be considered as legal representation on the day of the
Blaxxx Mega, all actors have the opportunity to either be represented by the company afterwards
or have the opportunity to become a Blaxxx Member and still reap benefits that will help advance
their careers. Below is a little more information as to how the Blaxxx Mega Casting Call would
work:

| Each Model has to purchase the Basic Registration, Dual Registration, or the Blaxxx | |
| Membership in order to participate in the Blaxxx Mega Photo Shoot | ||
| Each Model has to sign a Release Form for all photos | |
| Each Model has to sign a Venue Waiver Form | |
| Each Model has a 2 outfit limitation | |
| Each Model and Photographer will be assigned a number to be referenced to track pictures | |
| Each Photographer will take 10 shots (There will be up to 5 Photographers on Hand) | |
| Each Model will pick their best photo to be edited | |
| There will be an option to purchase other pictures at a later date (All pictures will be | |
| available for view on the Blaxxx Website.) |

| rehearse the script before performing) |
