    Who is the REALEST Artist that is REALLY on their Grind??

So you say that you are truly on your grind…Well we would like to see if you are an Independent
Artist that will do what it takes to get seen and heard.  Five artists will be chosen to perform at the
‘What’s Really Real??!! Showcase” to take place on January 8, 2009 in Atlanta, GA.  So you ask
what do you have to do to get to the Top 5…

    o        Submit a Video/DVD of your best performance.
    o        All entries can be sent to:

          The entry fee is $25.00 per submission.  

We will narrow the competition down to the Top 20 and then the Top 5.  The Top 20 contestants
will be listed on our website.  This will give you a chance, as the artist, to have people vote for you.  
The Top 5 artists will perform at the  What’s Really Real??!! Showcase.  But wait the will be 1 artist
to win the FINAL CHALLENGE to be given to the Top 5.   The winner of the final challenge will win:

    o        A Cash Prize
    o        The Blaxxx Artist Promo Package
    o        1 Hour Photo Shoot (All Photos will be Provided on a Disk)
    o        Profile Comp Card Design (Bio Included)
    o        Business Card Design
    o        Promo on B.E.G. Website (Good For 6 Months)**
    o        Feature on B.E.G. Spotlight (Includes e-mail Blast of 10,000+ Contacts and a
    feature on the B.E.G. Spotlight page.  Feature will be on-line for 1 month)
    o        An Opportunity to perform as Headliner of the Next Scheduled Showcase

So let’s recap…You have the chance to do what???  Be Seen as a REAL Independent Artist.  Do the
math of what it will take for you to take for you to submit your Video/DVD compared to what you
will win.  Just for sending us a submission, you will be placed on our promotions paged for a
month.

Contest Rules

1.  This contest is open to independent artists of all ages and genres that is not signed to a major record
label.
    a.   f an Artist is under the age of 18, he/she must have a parent/guardian/manager complete the
    contest submission on his/her behalf.

2.  This contest is used solely to promote Independent Artists.  The Company is not considered as legal
representation for any artists that is not signed under management with the Company.

3.  All videos/dvds must be submitted by November 15, 2008 to:
    a.  To submit songs via e-mail send them ReallyReal@BlaxxxGroup.com.  Please put “Showcase
    Submission” in the subject line.
    b.  To submit songs via mail send them to:

4.  All music performed must be an original song.
    a.  Production must be original
    b.  Lyrics must be original

5.  All performances must be no longer than 5 minutes.

6.  If any of the music contains samples, the Company can not be held liable for any legal matters
regarding the clearing of any samples.

7.  Before any Videos/DVDs can be released for judging, all Artists must complete the necessary
paperwork and a $25.00 entry submission must be paid.

8.  The Top 20 Contestants will be announced on December 1, 2008.
    a.  Artists will have the chance to direct fans to vote for their performance on-line at
    www.BlaxxxGroup.com
    b.  Ten artists with the most votes will be chosen to be the Top 5 Contestants

9.  The Top 5 Contestants will be announced on December 15, 2008.
    a.  Each contestant will be notified by phone and via e-mail
    b.  Each contestant will have until December 18, 2008 to accept the final challenge of the contest.

10.        The final challenge of the contest will take place January 8, 2009.
    a.  All Contestants of the final challenge will have a chance to perform at the showcase
    b.  The winner of the final challenge will win:
    o  A Cash Prize
    o  The Blaxxx Artist Promo Package
    o  Opportunity to return as headliner for the next scheduled showcase

* The Blaxxx Entertainment Group is located in Atlanta, GA.  If you become the prize winner, and you are not located in the State of
Georgia, you will be responsible for all traveling and lodging costs.  The Blaxxx Entertainment Group is not financially responsible
for anything beyond what will be stated in the "Received Prize Statement."  The Blaxxx Entertainment Group does have the right to
regulate any and all activities that go against any codes/rules within the State of Georgia and any codes/rules that have been
established for the company – especially for events held at its facility.*
